OUR COLLECTIVE
ReCreate is a collective of founders, builders, and investors united by a shared belief: that business can and should be built on values, community, and integrity. We are not just creating companies—we are building a movement of ventures that are designed to last and to create real impact.
What makes ReCreate different is how we operate. Every decision, partnership, and venture is filtered through our values. We aren’t chasing quick wins or individual agendas. Instead, we’re committed to building businesses that reflect who we are, what we believe, and how we want to shape the future.
Together, we are rethinking how companies are created, run, and grown—proving that:
- Collective strength is more powerful than individual success
- Putting culture and community first = better and sustainable results
What are our values?
Community First, Ego Free: We put the collective above the individual. Trust and collaboration are our foundation—we succeed by uplifting one another and celebrating the diversity of our experiences.
Forward & Future Proof: We’re builders with vision. By staying curious, asking bold questions, and moving with conviction, we ensure the ventures we create are designed to last.
Unflappable Honor: Integrity is non-negotiable. We keep our values front and center, making tough choices with consistency and delivering on what we promise.
Authentic Appreciation: Empathy and respect shape everything we do. We listen deeply, value every perspective, and create partnerships where success is shared.
OUR APPROACH
What makes us unique?
We are a group of four powerhouse Founders - powerhouse women founders - and we are evaluating high-impact ventures that will fit our values-centered portfolio.
We engage in a few different ways
BUILD: We’ve got a substantial list of problems we’d like to solve in the World and a few impressive solutions we are exploring. We will launch at least one solution that we’ve built from the ground up in the next year. Stay tuned for updates on how you may get involved.
BUY: We’re constantly reviewing business opportunities where we think a fresh approach and updated business model could change the trajectory of that venture. If you know a boring or broken business that could use a “ReCreate Refresh,” please let us know.
INVEST: We have a ReCreate Collective Fund so that we may invest in Founders and teams who are committed to making a difference in their communities and who know that a positive culture is better for business. We will also invite other like-minded investors to invest in our Fund.
OPERATE: We continue to vet experienced operators who share our values and who are interested in advising and/or operating ReCreate-endorsed ventures. If you have the talent, the grit to build or breakthrough a business, and share our values, reach out to us.
The Key Take-Away…
These values aren’t just words on a page—they are the compass that guides how we build, invest, and grow. They keep us aligned, accountable, and focused on impact. At ReCreate, business is more than profit—it’s about leaving a legacy of trust, innovation, and community.
